Description

Take some time to stimulate the little grey cells that may serve you well and add to your enjoyment of learning and living. The creators of BRAIN GYM have developed a number of physical movements that stimulate brain functions in all ages and individual types. We will practice some of these basic easy to do movements…a relaxing and enjoyable time for all participants. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. VERY IMPORTANT – bring your water bottle.
